The installed solution has no monthly fees and is remotely managed, which means you can switch the heating on exactly when you set off for your summer house, while the rest of the time the automation keeps the house just warm enough to stop it freezing. An interface in the user's own language makes it simpler still.

The system is controlled by industrial automation software, which ensures stable and reliable operation. All critical components are
duplicated, and continuous monitoring of circuit voltage and consumption makes it possible to detect faults before they develop. If a fault does occur, a phone notification is sent immediately and the system recovers automatically. Exterior lighting control is equally intelligent — sunrise and sunset algorithms allow the lighting to be controlled without any additional sensors. The house uses a demand-based ventilation system built around CO₂ sensors in individual rooms, so that only the parts of the building that need it are ventilated, saving further energy.
