  • Facade lighting — lighting for the stone walls and entrance, using light to highlight the old stonework
  • Exterior lighting installation — selection and installation of light fixtures
  • Cabling — installation of power and communication cables
  • Panel work — rebuilding the distribution panel, adding RCDs and miniature circuit breakers, panel maintenance per the manufacturer's instructions
  • New supply cable for the air source heat pump — cable installation work – removal of the damaged cable
  • Door entry system — installation and configuration of the video intercom, connection of the gate solenoid lock
  • Additional exterior outlets and smart lighting control— IP65 combination outlets outdoors and in the outbuilding, smart system for lighting control
  • Fault finding and repair — fault finding in the distribution panel, luminaire connections and fault clearance, replacement of failed light fixtures
  • Visual inspection — inspection of the existing installation; the defects found were documented with photographs and references to the applicable standards, and handed over to the owner together with recommended remedial actions
  • Testing and declaration — verification testing, test records, handover certificates
